I’ve spent the past eight years helping people move better, build strength, and perform at their best. My background as a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and an Exercise & Sports Science specialist allows me to bring a clinical level of understanding to every session, whether I’m working with a patient to rebuild strength after therapy, a busy parent looking to feel their best, or an athlete striving for peak performance.
Training starts with understanding how your body moves. I assess strength, mobility, and overall movement quality to identify key areas for improvement, then design programs that enhance performance, build resilience, and reduce injury risk. Each session is purposeful and progression based, aimed at creating lasting physical capability.
I believe in precise, evidence based methods that respect how the body adapts and performs. The goal is not simply to work harder, but to move better, recover faster, and train in a way that supports lasting results.
